Happy Fathers Day!

Until recently, I'd never even heard of this place, even though it's pretty close to where I work. A fellow aviation enthusiast gave me a postcard about their fifth annual Wings & Wheels Open House. Not having any idea what to expect, I took my dad to it yesterday. We had a nice time. The airplane collection, while not large, is impressive in the sense of what it consists of and the condition they've been restored to. The automobile collection is incredible. There's a list of what they have on the web site, and they all look brand new.

My uncle was supposed to go with us but he wasn't feeling well. Too bad, because he would have loved it.

If I had more time on my hands I'd seriously think about volunteering some of it. But I don't. So I won't.
