Writer's Block: How I got on LJ

Back when you needed an invite code to start one of these, an online friend named Julie, who no longer has a livejournal that she ever updates, offered me one. At the time, I wasn't sure I even wanted a journal because I really didn't know what I'd do with it, but another online friend named Rachel (
irach, who went over to myspace and never came back) said codes are hard to get and I should take it, so I did. 745 entries and almost five years later, I'm still here!
Not long after I started it, invite codes were done away with.
I found Julie through Tia, now
evolving4ever, whom I found through Jamie, now
war_pony but doesn't update anymore, whom I found purely by chance during a long series of link-clicking that started with a search for Julianne Nicholson. Funny how things work out sometimes.
