The Superbowl victory parade

is taking place today. The Patriots had an incredible season, and made it through the playoffs without any major officiating controversy, so nobody can say this time that they don't deserve to be champs. I think it's great that they have such terrific support from the fans, but why does stuff like this have to happen?

Today is also the day that (in an lj comment) for the first time in my entire life I was called an uptight asswipe and told to go fuck myself. Isn't that special?
