Writer's Block: Leading a horse to water

To some degree they are responsible, because it was their responsibility to raise them. They shouldn't be held legally responsible, though, because teenagers are old enough to know what's legal and what isn't.
I also think that if parents would take the time to be more involved in their kids' lives, there would probably be a lot less teenage criminal activity in the first place.
Note: I'm not a parent.
And now, for the real reason I answered this question. For what I'm sure is the first time in the history of this journal, I have updated for seventeen consecutive days. Seventeen! In a row! And I wasn't about to break that streak just because I apparently have nothing to write about. :)
