It's encouraging that it was overturned by a federal judge, and for what I see are the correct reasons. What's discouraging of course is the make-up of the Supreme Court, where this is no doubt headed.
Remember when it was revealed that Judge Vaughn Walker is gay, and the homophobes said they weren't going to make an issue of that? I'll bet they'll be making an issue of it now.
