We never got one of those 'reverse 911' calls, but one friend of ours did, and told us about it. I really don't mind the inconvenience, but I'm a little annoyed at the fact that they knew about this on Thursday and didn't say a word until yesterday.
Speaking of 911, today is my journal's 6th anniversary, and this is the 911th entry. It's also Monday of my vacation week, in which I have no plans other than not to go to work.
And now, I'm off to the water company for some free bottled water. Bye!
EDIT: We got our 'reverse 911' call at 1:14 pm on Monday. According to today's paper, the boil order might be lifted tonight. Of course, might also means might not.
