Very well, thanks, and you?
2. When is the last time you went to the doctor?
Around last October for my annual physical.
3. Ever broken a bone?
I had what they called a stress fracture in my left heel when I was in the army. Does that count?
4. Ever had surgery?
Tonsillectomy at age 9, wisdom teeth removal at age 18, two of which they had to dig for. That's it.
5. When is the last time you were in a hospital?
January 2006, as a visitor.
