Heat, Humidity Combine To Torture East

When a friend left for Florida a week ago with her family to go to the Dolphins' training camp, I thought they were all insane. Now I'm wondering if it was cooler down there than it was here. It may have been but I don't know. They're back now so I'll ask her tomorrow.
When I left work the temp was 102. It had cooled down to about 95 when a thunderstorm rolled through, and it was 77 after that. Later, when we went out to get some ice, we saw the most beautiful rainbow. It was by far the best part of my whole day, and it wasn't at all a bad day.
