close call

I almost hit a deer on the way home from work tonight. That would've sucked, especially for the deer. It was a beautiful doe, and it seemed to be only inches from the front of my car when I stopped, but it was probably really a few feet. It's a good thing there wasn't another car, or worse, a truck, close behind.

There's a couple of entries on my friends page that I really want to comment on, but it's midnight and I can't seem to put enough coherent thoughts together to say what I want to say. Tomorrow I'll try.
